Digital + In-Store Experience

Sometimes the problem is not the website or the storefront. It is what happens between the two.
A customer might find you on Google, click through your website, scan a QR code, look for directions, plan a visit, walk into the store and make a purchase.
To you, those may be separate tools and tasks.
To them, it is one experience.
I look at how those pieces connect and where they may be creating confusion, extra steps or a loss of confidence along the way.
When the pieces do not line up, customers feel it.
A website can technically work and still leave someone unsure about what to do next. A QR code can lead to the right page but still miss the information a visitor actually needs. The online store can look polished while the in-store experience tells a different story.
The issue is not always one broken thing. Sometimes it is the gap between the pieces.
Those are the kinds of things I look for.
Depending on the project, I may help with:
- Website and storefront updates
- Visitor information
- QR code flows
- Online and in-store connections
- Booking and purchase experiences
- Product presentation
- Signage and customer-facing materials
- Testing and refinement across the experience
This is not about adding more tools.
It is about making the tools, information and physical experience you already have work better together.
The goal is to make it easier for someone to understand what you offer, know what to do next and feel confident enough to move forward.
See It in Practice
Hogg Hummock Artisan Market
For the Hogg Hummock Artisan Market, the work stretched across the website, visitor information, QR codes, product photography, the online storefront and the physical market.
Instead of treating each piece as a separate project, I looked at how someone would move through the experience from discovery to visiting, shopping and continuing online.
Not sure where the disconnect is?
You do not have to figure that out before reaching out.
If something about the experience feels harder than it should, I can help take a closer look.
