I notice the things that can quietly change the whole experience.

Coastal Lifestyle Studio grew out of something I kept seeing over and over again.

A business could have a great product, a beautiful space or a strong mission, but somewhere along the way the experience would start to fall apart.

A link would lead to the wrong place. Important information would be missing. A website would say one thing while Google or social media said another. A customer would be interested, ready to visit, purchase or reach out, but still have to do too much figuring out on their own.

Those are the things I naturally notice.

My background as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, along with years of working with technology, creative projects and businesses, taught me to look at more than whether something simply works.

I pay attention to how the pieces connect and what the experience feels like for the person on the other side.

That is what Coastal Lifestyle Studio is built around.

Why I do this

Businesses are constantly piecing things together.

The website gets updated. Social media keeps moving. A new system gets added. Photos are taken. Hours change. Products change. Someone creates a QR code. Someone else updates the storefront.

It is easy for each piece to become its own project.

The customer does not see it that way.

They just experience your business.

I help businesses and organizations take a closer look at that experience and strengthen the places where things feel disconnected, unclear or harder than they should be.

A little more about me

I have always been drawn to the space where technology meets real life.

A lot of my work has involved helping people understand new tools, move through unfamiliar experiences and feel more confident using what is in front of them.

I have worked on community focused projects, public facing technology, digital products and creative work. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, I look closely at how people move through digital experiences, what can go wrong and what needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem.

That mix shapes how I approach every Coastal Lifestyle Studio project.

How I work

Curious, detailed and hands on.

I ask questions. I test different entry points. I look at the technical side and the real life side. And I pay attention to the details that can affect whether someone feels confident enough to keep going.

Depending on the project, that may mean reviewing the customer experience, improving the digital and in store connection, updating a storefront or creating stronger visual content.

The work may look different from project to project.

The goal stays the same.

Make the experience make sense.
